Refund Policy: Credit will be given for lessons cancelled by Waterscape for weather or other reasons.  

All registrations and lesson enrollments are considered final.  While we cannot issue refunds for dropped lessons or for discontinuing a session, we will issue credit for future lessons after discussion with the family.  This communication should take place at the time the family decides to discontinue the lessons. No credit can be given for no shows or for requests made after the session has ended.  Please help us to be fair with our employees and other families by following this policy.

Missed Lessons Policy: We ask that you call/text to cancel a lesson you will not attend. If you would like a make up lesson for the missed lesson you must provide at least 3 hours notice prior to the lesson you miss. No make-up will be scheduled for no shows. A Make Up Private lesson with your instructor is not guaranteed. – Make up fee is $10 per Make up lesson • Swimmer must be actively enrolled in lessons to schedule a make up class. • Makeups are limited on times and space so they are available on a first come first serve basis. • Your current teacher may not be available for the makeup class. • Make up lessons have no cash value and are non transferrable to other swimmers or sessions. If unused, they expire at end of the seasonal session. We do not offer make ups for make up classes.
